Adding a header image to an article

On the Impact website, each article has a header image associated with it, in three sizes:

We need to assign a header image to each article we publish. Fortunately, this is extremely easy. First, go to impactnottingham.com/uploader:

Put the same username and password you use for the main Impact control panel, then select the article you’re working on:

Now you have two choices. Either you can upload a new image for your article or you can select one of the many placeholders available.

If you’d like to use a new image, click the ‘Browse’ or ‘Choose File’ button and select the image you wish to use on your computer. This should be exactly 615 x 300 pixels in size. If you wish to add this image to the placeholder library so that it can be used later, select a section from the drop down list.

If you’d like to use one of the placeholders, simply browse through the images available and click the radio button to the left of it:

Once you’ve either selected an image from your computer or the placeholder library, click the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the page. If you’ve chosen to use an image from your own computer, please be patient while the file is uploaded and resized.
