Day two of the campaign trail saw SU election candidates use social media to inform students that their campaign teams will soon be more visible on campus.
Dan O’Connor, running for Education Officer, tweeted that his campaign team will be on campus and talking to students from tomorrow, telling followers that he is ‘officially ready to paint campus blue’.

Activities Officer candidate, Rob Jennings, was one of the first candidates to mobilise his campaign team, with Joe Caunce telling students to ‘look out for this bright bunch around campus’.

Sarah Pickup, running for Equal Opportunities and Welfare Officer, excitedly took to Facebook to reveal her campaign banner outside Hallward Library.
