Serves: 8
Ingredients
- 16 chicken drumsticks
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 1 lemon, finely grated rind and juice
- 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 C (350 F), Gas Mark 4.
- With a sharp knife, make a couple of diagonal cuts in each drumstick and put them in a single layer in an oven proof dish.
- Mix together the rest of the ingredients and spoon over the chicken.
- Cook in the oven for around 50 minutes, regularly turning the drumsticks and spooning the juices over them to prevent burning.
