Tom Parker has been announced as the new Environmental and Social Justice (ESJ) Officer.

Tom told Impact, “I am so excited and bewildered, I have too many emotions to describe.”
Tom’s policies include building a stronger, more inclusive ESJ network, establishing a Fairtrade cafe for the Portland building renovation and campaigning to stop UoN’s involvement with fossil fuel companies.
He also said, “Campaigning was mentally and physically exhausting, it was the hardest thing to not focus on what the other candidates were doing. I want to say thank you a million times to those who voted. I hope I can prove that you voted for the right man.”
