Lux Huntington has been announced as the new LGBT Officer.
In total, 765 people voted for Lux.
After one round of voting Lux was declared the new LGBT officer.
Lux said they felt: “Relief that it’s over. I want to get down into the role now”.
When asked about their campaign, Lux stated: “Personally my campaign was very one-on-one within the LGBT networks which helped to shape my plan for next year”.
Celebrations include, “Ocean mate, basically just Ocean”.
Lux said what they’re most looking forward to is,”working with the Welfare Officers and installing gender neutral toilets. I would like to pee in peace!”
