The University of Nottingham’s Girls’ Night In

Zoe Burgess looks ahead at what's in store at Sunday's Girls' Night In

This Sunday the University of Nottingham’s Engage team are hosting a Girls’ Night In, a night to encourage female students to try out sports and activities they may not have before, and it’s absolutely free!

Between 7 and 10pm on Sunday 18th November, the David Ross Sports Village will play host to a range of activities and opportunities to meet new people and have fun whilst partaking in a range of sports. The activities on offer are judo, lacrosse, MMA, pilates, trampolining, dodgeball, salsa and handball, alongside a chill zone which will be open throughout the evening, playing music, offering massages, providing a photo booth and there will be giveaways.

There’s no excuse not to give it a go, and it is open to all students, whether you have a sports or gym membership or not, so beat those Sunday blues by heading down David Ross for a night full of fun, fitness and freebies!

Here is a link for the Facebook event where you can choose what sports you’d like to try and secure your spot.
