Impact Style brings you another key trend for SS15: 70s.
70s looks were huge on the catwalk at Fashion Week, and now they’re hitting the high street. It’s all about flares, flower power, ankle boots, tassles, and corduroy. This trend is super fun and relaxed; you might even be able to raid your mum’s wardrobe for some vintage pieces!

As seen on the high street:
MOTO Quinn Flared Jeans, Topshop, £40
Tonic Stripe Print Bootcut Trousers, Topshop, £40
Blue Abstract Print Strappy Aztec Skater Dress, New Look, £9.99
Crochet Square Neck Crop Top, Topshop, £14
Snakeskin Leather Ankle Boots, H&M, £69.99
Double Fringe Shoulder Bag, Missguided, £20
As seen on me:
Flared Jumpsuit, ASOS, £38
I wore this amazing ASOS printed jumpsuit with a cute pussy-bow at the front. At first it’s scary stepping out of your staple skinny jeans, but flares are surprisingly flattering even if you’re in the 5”2-and-under club. I kept the rest of the colour minimal with black platform boots and a black hat to finish off the look. Ankle boots are another great 70s trend that can be worn from day to night. If you prefer monochrome, add a pop of colour with some snakeskin ankle boots. This jumpsuit would be great for a garden party, a special occasion, or a festival when summer arrives.
