Overnight Oats is without a doubt one of the easiest and scummiest breakfasts in this world. This recipe is extremely versatile, with the ingredients easily being substituted for different flavours.
6 tablespoons of oats
170 coconut and almond milk (or a milk of your choice)
2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
A handful frozen blueberries
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon flax seeds
1 teaspoon of honey
- Add the oats, milk and yoghurt to a mason jar and mix well with a spoon. The consistency of the mixture should resemble thick porridge.
- Add the seeds, honey and fruit into the jar and mix well, ensuring that the ingredients are equally distributed within the mixture.
- Secure the jar with a lid and refrigerate overnight- enjoy!
