Ingredients
- 1 beef tomato
- green pesto
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
Method
- Heat oven to 200C
- Hollow out the tomato and put a little bit of pesto in the bottom.
- Crack an egg into the tomato, add some salt and pepper then pop into your pre-heated oven.
- Take out after 20 minutes and enjoy!
